Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Residential, Commercial and Hotel Projects as Project Manager.
- Past experience in a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or client organizations as Project Manager in construction projects.
- PMP Certificate (or equivalent) is a plus.
- Expert in managing and delivering high-rise tower projects.
- Strong knowledge of real estate development processes, local authority regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong in Quality, HSE, QA/QC.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bilingual English and Arabic speakers are preferred.
