Requirements:
- 12 to 14+ years of experience in delivering large enterprise application and involved in all the phases of SDLC.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT service management and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
