About Our Client:

As a Project Manager within GPS you will be a seasoned leader responsible for overseeing the entire project life cycle ensuring delivery driven success within scope time and budget constraints. Your role involves developing and executing comprehensive project plans collaborating with crossfunctional teams and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. You will leverage your extensive project management experience to provide handson direction and guidance identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Your analytical skills will be crucial in monitoring project progress conducting regular assessments and making datadriven decisions to ensure project success. Effective communication is at the core of your responsibilities as you will be liaising with internal teams clients and operational leadership to provide regular updates. Your leadership will be evident in motivating and empowering team members and fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment. Your ability to balance the technical aspects of project management with strong interpersonal skills will be essential in ensuring successful project outcomes and consistently exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Hold full P&L accountability for project delivery.
• Maximize asdelivered project margins and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of project delivery and execution plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Identify Project resources needed and assign individual responsibilities to ensure project success.
• Manage the daytoday operational aspects of assigned projects.
• Ensure that all deliverables prepared by the team are properly reviewed before passing to the client.
• Effectively apply GPS delivery methodology and enforce the use of project standards and procedures.
• Proactively minimize GPS commercial exposure and risk on assigned projects.
• Ensure project documents are complete current and appropriately stored.
• Facilitate both internal progress and external client meetings effectively.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and actively monitor receivables for assigned projects.
• Provide leadership mentoring and guidance to the project team as required.
• Undertake periodic review and audit of Project deliverables to ensure compliance with technical standards procedures and systems and to further monitor and review the performance of Project teams.
• Managing client relationships
• Take ownership and oversight of procurement activities and work with procurement HOD
• Overall accountability for project quality and safety Minimum 15 Years of Experience in Oil and Gas or an associated Energy Sector industry.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering Fabrication experience a bonus.
• EPCm or EPC experience preferred.
• Proven delivery experience of capital projects in excess of 150MUSD Dealing with multiple cultures both as internal stakeholders and as end users
• At least five years inregion experience preferably within the UAE
