Project Manager

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Project Manager in Dubai UAE. Our client operates in the Civil Engineering / Construction sector and is seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.

• Lead civil engineering and construction projects from planning through execution and completion.
  
• Develop project schedules work plans resource requirements and execution strategies.
  
• Coordinate with engineers contractors consultants subcontractors and site teams to achieve project milestones.
  
• Monitor construction progress project costs quality standards and schedule performance.
  
• Review drawings specifications project documentation and technical requirements before and during execution.
  
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs quality requirements and applicable safety standards.
  
• Identify project risks delays technical issues and resource constraints and implement corrective actions.
  
• Prepare progress reports and communicate project status risks and key decisions to relevant stakeholders.
