Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Design Management Office in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our team you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating designrelated projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with internal teams external stakeholders and clients to ensure project objectives are met
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
- Oversee resource allocation and optimise team performance
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and local regulations
- Implement and maintain project management best practices within the Design Management Office
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Design Architecture Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management with a focus on designrelated projects
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a design or architectural context
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Proficiency in design management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent budgeting resource allocation and risk management skills
- Outstanding stakeholder communication and leadership abilities
- Indepth understanding of design processes principles and architectural practices
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced multicultural environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities
