Project Manager - Design

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage interior architecture projects from concept through completion ensuring adherence to project scope budget and timeline.
• Develop project plans schedules and budgets in collaboration with the design team and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with consultants contractors vendors and other project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Oversee the selection and procurement of materials finishes and furnishings ensuring quality and compliance with design specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress address issues and ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Maintain strong client relationships addressing client needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure design excellence and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture or related field.
• 10 years of experience in interior architecture with a proven track record of managing projects in the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles materials construction techniques and FF&E procurement processes.
• Excellent project management skills including the ability to develop project plans manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Experience working with consultants contractors and other project stakeholders to deliver highquality design solutions.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. AutoCAD Revit MS Project) preferred.
• Exceptional communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
