The Role
Job Title: PROJECT MANAGER Location: Dubai Job Type: FullTime Company: AL BASTI & MUKTHA LLC B.E./ B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 1015 years of experience in the construction industry. 56 years of experience in a similar role preferably overseeing highrise residential/commercial towers and 5star hotel projects exceeding USD 100 million in budget. Strong technical knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and construction practices. Proven leadership and team management skills must be able to independently control a large team of technical staff and workforce Excellent communication Skills. Familiarity with relevant local building codes and regulations.

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering 12 18 years of experience preferably in highrise residential/commercial towers and 5star hotel projects Gulf experience is a must Good interpersonal skills Familiarity with relevant local building codes and regulations.
