Responsible for managing the PMO function in a range of service support programmes, whether SLAs or FOS contracts,
•
Support project managers in organizing projects, defining and implementing strategy, preparing progress reports including work load, schedule updates, forecasting completion, identifying variances and opportunities for improvement
Roles and responsibilities
•
Deploy group processes, methods and tools that apply to the target project management operating model
•
T consolida non-financial data for BORs, bid and project boards
•
Establish and monitor appropriate project management performance indicators for projects in the portfolio
•
Build and maintain workload plan (for ongoing and future project activities in the portfolio)
•
Coordinate risk analysis and monitor updates throughout the project life cycle
•
Works closely with the Project Contracts Manager to efficiently report performance and record issues that negatively impact the project to support claims management
•
Attend internal core/project team reviews and where appropriate with customer reviews to report schedule updates, forecast completion and identify variances and opportunities for improvement
