- Bachelors degree in civil engineering from a reputable institution
- Minimum 20 years construction experience mostly in rail projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction delivery of major Metro Projects
- Extensive experience in metro construction and detailed rail engineering
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
