- Education: Minimum 20 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry in particular the Offshore market. Master’s or bachelor’s degree in an engineering or construction disciplines. PMI PMP certification.
- Experience: A previous track record of managing > 500 M USD projects in offshore platform projects and modular construction Strong Familiarity with on–site issues through the complete project lifecycle – concept to operations. Proven ability to develop strategic business relationships with the client and other local authorities that can drive project performance. Experience in Electrical Offshore Wind Projects, including major onshore Civil construction. Solid understanding of business processes, systems, and procedures. Participated in operational excellence initiatives across various functions to improve business performance. Foundational expertise in Design Engineering.
