Project Director

• Complete the preliminary preparations of the factory infrastructure project;
• Manage all procedures, documents and materials required for the project,
• Establish budget, construction supervision plan, quality control plan, materials control plan, cost control plan, etc.
• Review and track the implementation of drawings, action plans, etc.
• Organize, guide, inspect and supervise the progress of the project, and review the program plans and the correct application of changes submitted by the contractor;
• Assist in supervising the construction quality, between the supervision party and the construction party, and make good project records;
• Verify the quality certification documents such as incoming materials, equipment, and test reports and their quality, conduct parallel inspection of incoming materials, equipment and structural accessories when necessary, and sign them when qualified;
• Assist in participating in civil site management and coordinate between various collaborating units in the construction process;
• Responsible for the management of safety matters at the construction site;
• Demonstrate solid leadership to develop a high performing team, lead and deliver hard results.
• Lead the management, planning, and execution of the objectives of the team.

Profile / Requirements

• Bachelor or above degree, major in architectural engineering.
• Familiar with the local approval and construction process in the UAE, and familiar with the regulatory requirements and design standards of Abu Dhabi buildings and facilities.
• Proficient in using CAD drawing software, office software, and project management software.
• More than 10 years working experience in construction engineering management or engineering supervision,
• At least 2 sucessful experiences in infrastructure projects of automobile plants.
• Senior professional title and first-class construction engineer certificate holders are preferred.
• Knowledge of effective methods in the construction progress and quality control.
• Experiences of managing multicultural teams, working in global markets especially regional markets in China or MENA.
• Previous experiences as a leader in Start-up companies.
• Preferably able to speak Chinese.
