We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Project Coordinator to join our dynamic project management team in Al AIn United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various projects by providing administrative and coordination support to project managers and team members.

• Assist in developing project plans timelines and budgets in collaboration with project managers
• Coordinate project activities resources equipment and information
• Schedule and organize meetings conference calls and other project-related events
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation reports and presentations
• Monitor project progress and report status updates to stakeholders
• Manage and update project management software to track project milestones and deadlines
• Facilitate communication between team members clients and other stakeholders
• Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project success
• Support the procurement process for project-related materials and services
• Assist in the preparation of project deliverables and ensure quality standards are met

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field
• 1 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Trello Asana)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
