Product Unit Lead

Were looking for a Product Unit Lead to take full ownership of the Exchange direction within EMCD a core product in our ecosystem that includes spot derivatives and margin trading. This is a senior leadership role for someone with deep CEX experience a strong product mindset and a track record of leading product teams in crypto.

• Define product vision strategy and success metrics for your product unit
• Build Discovery and Delivery processes almost from the ground up
• Own product roadmap and drive execution with cross-functional teams
• Launch and grow products in new and complex markets
• Represent product direction in conversations with stakeholders and C-levels
• Translate strategic business goals into actionable product wor
• Guide your team in balancing delivery iteration and innovation

• 5 years of experience in product management with at least 2 years in CEX / crypto trading products
• Proven experience leading product teams or units (not just individual contributor)
• Confident in product analytics growth metrics and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to operate under uncertainty and build structure from scratch

• Owning a product from strategy to delivery full accountability
• Growing high-impact fintech/crypto products in global markets
