Product Manager Air Compressors

• Manage the entire lifecycle of our air compressor products from concept and development to launch and post-launch improvements.
  
• Collaborate closely with engineering sales and marketing teams to ensure product fit performance and compliance.
  
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers and manufacturing partners.
  
• Identify evaluate and establish new supplier relationships to improve cost quality or innovation capabilities.
  
• Analyze product costs and lead initiatives to reduce costs without compromising quality or performance.
  
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to drive innovation in design features and technology.
  
• Coordinate testing validation and certification to meet industry and OEM standards.
  
• Manage documentation including BOMs test reports spec sheets and technical validations.
  
• Visit factories and conduct supplier audits to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
  
• Act as a brand ambassador by occasionally presenting products on video for training marketing or social media.
  

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics or a related technical discipline.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or technical development preferably in the automotive or compressor space.
  
• Deep understanding of air compressor systems components and market applications.
  
• Proven track record in supplier sourcing evaluation and negotiation.
  
• Strong organizational and project management skills with cross-functional coordination abilities.
  
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal able to simplify technical topics for various audiences.
  
• Willing to travel for supplier meetings trade fairs and on-site development.
  
• Must have a personality that fits the roleconfident curious hands-on and solution-oriented.
  
• Comfortable being on camera to present products clearly and naturally for marketing and internal training content.
  
• Experience working with OEM-grade standards and certifications is a strong advantage.
  
• Experience in cost-down initiatives value engineering and production process improvement.
