Product Designer

• User Research and Analysis:

• Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Wireframing and Prototyping:

• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.

• UI Design:

• Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with the brand identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all digital channels.

• Usability Testing:

• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
• Use insights from testing to refine and optimize designs.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design into the development process.
• Provide guidance and support to junior designers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Experience with responsive design and a deep understanding of mobile-first design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
