Study the Brand Portfolio and conduct market research to identify the impacting market dynamics and potential.

Assist in developing the brand strategy and ensure alignment with brand objectives

Assist in developing the marketing calendar and relative budget
.
Develop and maintain continuous update of all brand portfolio presentations and relative marketing material
.
Ensure proper alignment with all branches and sales teams across NG on all updates relative to the brand portfolio and strategy.

Assist in developing all kinds of promotions related to his/her brands within the marketing department policy to ensure brand target achievement
.
Maintain close monitoring of competitor’s activities and inform marketing manager and assist in preparing proactive marketing measures.

Prepare merchandizing plans and setting standards for his/her brands, and assist in the implementation
.
Supervise and ensure proper execution of the approved marketing plans, launches and relaunches of all products under her/his assigned brands.

Plan, organize and execute all events related to the assigned brands under strict supervision by the marketing manager.
.
Maintain daily monitor on the brand sales and stock levels and report to marketing manager.
.
Develop and issue brand analysis reports as per marketing department requirements.
.
Ensure the readiness of all brand support material and programs.
.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure effective brand implementation as per brand strategy and supervise planned activities. Report back findings to marketing manager for corrective actions if to be taken.

Responsible for communicating and implementing the best merchandise and brand supporting material (stands/POSM) for the brands in the showroom.

Assist social media team by providing the brands updated content and collaterals for online team.
.
Assist Ecommerce department by providing the updated brands and product description and images to upload it on ecommerce websites.
.
Regular follow-up with Master data team for updating changes/corrections in the Brand Portfolio
.
For New Products: Receive and arrange samples for testing and collect feedback to discuss further with management
.
Coordinate creating Article Number for each SKU to Master Data Executive with complete details in the NPI by coordinating with Customer Service, Legal, and Logistics.

Timely monitoring and follow-up with Regulatory Affairs for product registration a month before the arrival of goods
.
Maintain regular contact with suppliers to identify new business opportunities, improve service levels and efficiency, and resolve any problem.
.
Gather, analyze, consolidate (data) and prepare Business Review reports for Management’s perusal – to brief them about the achievement VS forecast and impact on suppliers.
.
Clarify all the issues towards Sales or Customers regarding any product information
.
Responsible to manage customers’ complaints process via actions directly taken or follow-up on actions to be taken by the concerned department and post-documentation once resolved.
