Role Overview
Were looking for a Product & Visual Designer to shape both our product experience and brand identity. This role blends UI/UX product design with marketing and visual design making sure every touchpointwhether in the product or external communicationsis visually compelling and userfriendly.
Youll collaborate with engineers marketers and leadership to ensure ClearGrid looks and feels toptier from product screens to investor decks.
Key Responsibilities
Product UX/UI Design: Own and refine the user experience across ClearGrids web and mobile interfaces.
Visual & Brand Design: Create marketing assets landing pages and investor materials to maintain brand consistency.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Rapidly sketch wireframe and prototype ideas for new product features.
User Research & Testing: Work with data and feedback to refine user flows and optimize experiences.
Collaboration: Partner with engineers to ensure designs are wellimplemented and responsive.
Design Systems: Establish and maintain design guidelines and reusable components.
What Were Looking For
3 years of experience in UI/UX design product design or visual design.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital products and marketing assets.
Proficiency in Figma Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools.
Ability to work fast iterate and handle a mix of product and brand design needs.
Bonus: Experience in fintech SaaS or AIdriven products.
