Job Description

1. To provide direction and guidance to Senior Buyers and Buyers for all Procurement activities.
2. To identify & ensure material descriptions from the materials requisitions are in accordance with project requirements.
3. To contact suppliers for best quotations and screen the market for ex-stock material.
4. To submit the material requisition with comparison price list for the processing the Local Purchase Order (LPO).
5. To follow-up the cash and the credit of purchasing orders.
6. To ensure delivery of materials to sites of the projects.
