Job Summary
We are seeking a Procurement Officer to manage the end-to-end procurement process ensuring timely purchasing supplier coordination and compliance with company policies. The role focuses on purchase requisitions purchase orders contract management and procurement activities within the Oracle Fusion environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform the end-to-end procurement process from requisition to payment.
- Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) Purchase Orders (POs) and contracts in Oracle Fusion within agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate with Finance Supply Chain and Operations to support procurement and order fulfilment.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain procurement records and documentation.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and promote ethical procurement practices.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in P2P sourcing and contract management.
- Mandatory experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Procurement.
- Professional procurement qualification (e.g. CIPS Level 3) preferred.
- Strong communication stakeholder management and analytical skills.
Required Skills:
Contract Drafting/Reviewing: Draft review and negotiate various contracts and agreements ensuring compliance with legal standards Contract Law and the Case Law to ensure that validity and the enforceability of the drafted/reviewed clauses and provisions in the respective jurisdiction (as the case may be).
