- Assisting Facilities Manager in vendor management
- Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Create and maintain relationship with vendor.
- Bring up new vendors and maintain backup vendors for each mode of office supplies and services.
- Task completion before deadline
- Price negotiation
- Invoice submission & payment follow up with finance team.
- Ensure supplies & services meet quality standards.
- Maintain & update list of vendors.
- Maintain documents and make yearly budget forecast.
- Work with team member to complete duties
