Job Description

- Perform data entry for account receivables and account payables.
- Organize documents and files to ensure compliance with company policies and proper ordering.
- Manage payments for utility services.
- Assist team members with various tasks as required.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain updates on accounts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in relevant software QuickBooks and tools for data entry and document management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
