Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors for MEP & construction materials.
- Obtain quotations compare prices negotiate and prepare purchase orders.
- Coordinate with project engineering and site teams for timely material delivery.
- Monitor procurement schedules to avoid project delays.
- Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications company policies and UAE regulations.
- Track material deliveries and resolve procurement-related issues.
Requirements
Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project management. Strong experience with high-rise buildings residential and villa projects. Proven experience working with main contracting companies in Dubai/UAE. Strong knowledge of construction processes project controls and UAE regulations. Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple project teams and deliver projects successfully. Interested candidates can share their updated CVs.
