Job Description
Req ID : 2488436
Obtain quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers as required by Project Management Team
Create Material Requests as required by Project Manager, Project Engineer, Site Engineer, and Technical Support Team
Create Manpower requests as required and determined by Project Manager
Create SER’s as required by Project Manager
Data Capturing and development of spreadsheets with regards to usage of resources.
Manage Stock Levels and identify need for replenishment of consumable items.
Liaise with Procurement department on a continuous daily basis to expedite all required services and materials.
Daily communication of Manpower Requests, Material Requests and SER status.
