Indirect Procurement Manager

What you will bring to this role:

• Broad academic background and at least 8 years’ experience in Procurement on General Construction, Furniture & Millwork, Civil works and Finishing.
• Deep understanding of boutique construction operations
• Familiarity with sustainability practices, especially in boutique construction, and a passion for driving environmentally responsible initiatives.
• Strong commercial & contractual negotiation skills and expertise in buying and supplier sourcing processes and are recognized for your autonomous and analytical skills
• You have a proven ability to establish effective working relationships with senior business partners as well as with external parties
• Interpersonal and conflict management skills will be appreciated as much as your ability to challenge the status quo and bring new ideas to life
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, diverse, and evolving environment
• Ability to lead several projects in parallel
• Travelling within Europe is required to visit our boutiques under construction and our suppliers’ facilities
• English: fluent is a must
