Ontime Group is excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic Practice Manager/Registered Nurse to join our Wellness Center in Jumeirah. In this multifaceted role you will oversee the daily operations of the practice while also providing high-quality nursing care to our clients. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring that our wellness center delivers exceptional health services and promotes holistic well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the wellness center ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery
- Provide nursing care including patient assessments care coordination and health education
- Supervise and support nursing and administrative staff fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients and staff
- Monitor clinical practices and outcomes implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as the point of contact for clients addressing any concerns inquiries or feedback effectively
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive wellness programs and services
Requirements
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong clinical nursing skills and experience in patient care
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of wellness practices and holistic health principles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to continuous professional development in nursing and healthcare management
