Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Port Captain to join our team and oversee daily port operations while ensuring safe efficient and compliant marine activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Maritime Studies Logistics or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a port or shipping company
- Strong knowledge of port operations vessel handling and cargo handling procedures
- Excellent leadership communication and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound operational decisions
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant operational software
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
