Job Summary
Apt Resources is pleased to present an opportunity for a Pool Attendant at a luxurious resort on the Red this role you will play a key part in ensuring guests enjoy a safe and memorable experience while using the pool facilities. Your responsibilities will include monitoring pool activities delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining cleanliness around the pool area.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and ensure they have all necessary amenities for their pool experience
- Monitor pool areas to ensure safety and adherence to resort policies
- Assist and support guests with any inquiries or needs during their stay
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pool deck lounge chairs and surrounding areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests for towels drinks or food
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- Provide information on pool activities and hotel amenities as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a hotel or resort environment
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to remain alert and observe guests at all times for safety
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of swimming pool safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent education
