- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills; Good supervisory skills
- Minimum of fifteen years broad experience in all project phases (i.e. engineering, procurement and construction)
- Minimum of five years as a Business Manager, supervising teams of 8 individuals or more
- Minimum five years in complex / multiple locations EPC project
- Worldwide experience with Contractors and Vendors, in particular those involved in the construction of modules and onshore facilities
