Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 15 years of progressive experience in HRM, HRD, OD, HRBP from multinational industrial companies and with minimum seven years in strategic/management role with proven track record and achievements
- Experience in MNC with union is preferred
- Demonstrate working knowledge and experiences as HR business partner in creating and managing HR policies, procedures, and practices to support the achievement of the business
- Strategic, strong leadership, people oriented. Able to communicate across organisation with effective influencing skills
