Planner Engineer- EPP-Gulf

Prime Objective:

Responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed within contract deadline and within the budget and in line with all the relevant safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities: (as follows but not limited to)

• Weekly meeting with the team to discuss the progress and verify if any issues that may arise during the project life cycle.

• Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports to define backlog activities critical activities and look ahead activities. 

• Monitoring manpower histogram equipment histogram KPIs S curve and cash flow. 

• Prepare extension of time if required to protect company rights and any chance of applying Liquidated damages.

• Produce comprehensive construction schedules and updates.

Direct Subordinates

• Project Managers.

• Operation Director.

Main Liaison

• Engineering Procurement and Installation team.

• Client and Consultant planning engineers.

• Cost control contractual and legal team.

Qualifications :

Qualification Skills & Experience

• Cost management.

• Advance project and resource management (P6).

• Microsoft project.

• BSc of Engineering (Mechanical/ Civil).

• Able to communicate with others and work with all teams.
