Our client is seeking an experienced Placement Manager to lead the placement operations drive corporate partnerships and shape the future for learners by connecting them with meaningful career paths.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive internship and placement outcomes across all training programs ensuring high-quality job placements for our learners
- Build and maintain strong corporate relationships developing B2B proposals and partnerships with key stakeholders in the UAE
- Conduct career readiness sessions and market trend advisory to equip learners with industry-relevant skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with academic teams to ensure job-market aligned skilling fostering a culture of employability and career success
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in placements recruitment or corporate engagement in the UAE
- Strong network of corporate contacts in HR and Learning & Development (L&D) in the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a results-driven mindset
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Female candidates preferred; Indian nationality desirable
