Job Title Personal Assistant to CEO
Location: Dubai UAE
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily administrative and executive tasks within a fast-paced business consultancy environment. The role requires exceptional coordination communication and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective time management for the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Executive SupportManage the CEOs calendar appointments and meeting internal and external meetings including agendas and reports presentations and briefing documents for confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Communication & CoordinationAct as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external calls emails and correspondence responding or escalating as with different departments to ensure timely execution of emails letters and official communications on behalf of the CEO.
Administrative ManagementOrganize travel arrangements including flights accommodation and records documents and filing systems tasks deadlines and key deliverables for the in organizing company events meetings and conferences.
Operational SupportSupport day-to-day business operations by coordinating with teams and ensuring ongoing projects and provide updates to the in handling client interactions and maintaining professional smooth workflow and efficient coordination across departments.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.35 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant preferably supporting senior in consultancy corporate services or professional environments is preferred.
