People Organization HR Intern

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level Human Resources support to managers and employees.
• Assist in employee relations activities by investigating and resolving issues.
• Participate in country Human Resources activities such as recruiting, training, payroll support, onboarding, and separation.
• Manage data and documentation handling at the local level.
  

Requirements:

• Students in their 3rd or 4th year of Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Previous internships in HR are desirable.
• Ideally familiar with Power BI or Tableau.
• Interest in developing within the Human Resources field.
• Skills: Proactivity, Innovation, Leadership, Communication at all levels, Organization, Customer Orientation, and Teamwork.
