YOUR MISSION:

• Plan, organize & support the end to end logistics process of the Global Leadership Programs in Asia Pacific countries
• Manage the e-learning platform, digital courses development/utilization & self-learning promotion
• Administer the Learning Management System
• Responsible for all learning-related projects/assignments
• Handle the Training Sponsorship Program
• Monitor the learning budgets across APAC
• Collaborate with external facilitators/vendors for the provision of the training services
• Take ownership of the delivery of the training programs/projects to ensure the outcome quality achieved
  

YOUR TALENT:

• Degree holder, minimum 5 years of experience in learning & development
• Previous experience in managing external vendors & leadership program is highly preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Putonghua & Cantonese )
• Passionate in learning/people development
• Great attention to detail and a proven ability to analyze data, trends & technologies
• Strong planning & organization with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good at multitasking
