People and Culture Specialist

we believe that human resources are more than managing the relationship between employees and work only it focuses more on areas such as Performance Management Employee Relations Employee Engagement policy and procedure development and compliance in the company. as a People & Culture Specialist is responsible for helping in managing all facets of the People & Culture function. This includes recruitment training coaching compensation benefits health safety and performance management for PAUSEAWAY employees to ensure a positive and engaged employee culture and policy compliance.

responsibilities:

• work on talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  
• conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  
• provide support to employees in various People & Culturerelated topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  
• assist in the development and implementation of People & Culture policies
  
• undertake tasks around performance management
  
• organize quarterly and annual employee performance evaluations
  
• maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  
• enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly applying for new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
  
• ensure compliance with labor regulations
  
• administer compensation and benefit plans
  

Requirements

• relevant experience in a similar position for at least 13 years
  
• previous experience working in the luxury hospitality industry OR with a luxury lifestyle brands is preferred
  
• excellent verbal writing listening and presentation skills
  
• selfmotivated and creative problemsolver
  
• ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
