About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Hotels & Resorts as a Pastry Commis III where you will play a key role in delivering the signature service and operational excellence that define RIU Dubai.

In this role youll thrive in a vibrant fast-paced city while being part of a pioneering hotel concept that stands out in the Middle Easts competitive hospitality market.

What Youll Do

• Support senior pastry team members in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Support in preparing mise-en-place for service.
• Assist in preparing and baking a variety of pastries breads cakes and desserts according to recipes and specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pastry section equipment and tools.
• Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines at all times.

What Were Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Culinary or Hotel Management.
• 1 year work experience or internship in the similar field.
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques pastry production and kitchen equipment.
