- To oversee the pastry section and organize the team’s tasks for the daily production and ensure standards are being followed.
- To develop seasonal offerings as required
- To prepare forecasts, reports and supplies requisition to ensure the smooth operation of the Pastry section
- Ensure HACCP guidelines and municipality regulations are followed at all times.
