Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Teach both English and Arabic language courses.
- Prepare and deliver effective lesson plans and learning materials.
- Assess students progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive interactive and supportive learning environment.
- Monitor student attendance and performance.
- Conduct in-person and/or online classes as required.
- Support students in achieving their language learning goals.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Education English Arabic Linguistics or a related field.
- 13 years of teaching experience in English and/or Arabic language instruction.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to teach students of different ages and proficiency levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Teaching certification (TESOL TEFL CELTA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a training center language institute or school.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and technology-enhanced learning.
