Major Responsibilities Include
- Greeting guests professionally on the phone and in the restaurant
- Taking guest orders and enter them into the POS system
- Processing payments and making change
- Reading and fulfilling orders
- Stocking and setting up the packing station
- Delivering food to guests
- Accurately packing food in proper containers
- Cleaning & maintaining the take-out area
- Seat guests dining in the restaurant
Requirements
Requirements
- Have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be age 18 or over
- 3 months food service experience
- 3 months money handling experience
- Able to use basic mathematical calculations
- Able to analyze information and problem solve
- Able to communicate well
- Able to work under pressure, with a sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines
- Must be guest focused with an outgoing personality and able to multi-task
- Is outgoing, proactive, charismatic and approachable
- Can adapt easily to change and can drive sales
