Job Summary
- Lead the development of packaging solutions for new and existing food products
- Evaluate and select packaging materials (flexible rigid etc.)
- Conduct testing related to shelf life durability and product compatibility
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (e.g. HACCP GMP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production QA and Marketing
- Identify opportunities to optimize packaging cost and improve efficiency
- Support sustainability initiatives through innovative packaging approaches
- 8 years of experience in packaging development within FMCG or food manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with packaging materials testing and validation
- Strong understanding of food safety and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to work closely with factory operations and product teams
- Experience in cost reduction and packaging optimization is a strong advantage
