Outbound Supervisor

With 300 team members across the UAE Saudi Arabia Egypt and remote locations in Europe Asia and Africa were growing fast. • Supervise and lead the outbound team (pickers packers dispatchers) to meet daily shipment targets.

• Monitor the workflow of order processing picking packing and dispatch.

• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time delivery.

• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve any delivery issues or delays.

• Track performance metrics (accuracy productivity order cycle time) and report daily/weekly KPIs.

• Conduct regular team briefings and shift handovers.

• Ensure all outbound activities comply with safety quality and operational standards.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

• Train and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.

• Bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in logistics supply chain or a related field.

• Minimum 24 years of experience in outbound/logistics operations preferably in an e-commerce or fulfillment center environment.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP tools (e.g. NetSuite SAP Oracle).

• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced high-volume environment.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Flexible to work in shifts and weekends if required.
