Job Summary

8 years Oracle fusion HCM experience

Hands-on experience with Oracle AI Agentic Studio and Generative AI features within Fusion HCM Proficiency in Redwood UX: Page Composer VBS Redwood themes Smart/Quick Actions Strong VBCS development: REST API integrations custom pages event handlers service connections

Expertise in HCM Extracts BI Publisher OTBI and Fast Formula (Core HR & Payroll) Deep knowledge of HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL for mass data management Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HCM integration scenarios

REST API and SOAP web services development using Fusion HCM APIs

Functional Domain Knowledge

Strong understanding of Core HR (Global HR) Absence Payroll Talent Management ORC Recruiting Compensation & Benefits

Ability to translate complex HR business requirements into scalable Fusion HCM configurations

Soft Skills & Certifications

Excellent communication: able to present to stakeholders and technical teams

Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery methodology
