職位描述
- 驗證所有交易指示包括公司銀行業務包括但不限於匯款和資金清算貸款和貿易融資電子銀行和私人銀行業務並在驗證後輸入核心處理系統並提交給銀行部部長/副主任檢查和授權
- 協助銀行部長/副部長進行業務運行和日常工作
- 在處理和監控交易期間使用外部和內部系統完成制裁名單檢查向銀行主管報告可疑交易驗證KYC文檔和客戶的資訊以便為客戶開立和記錄所有檔
- 與資訊技術部門合作維護和升級所有相關係統並協助系統的安全監控
- 向銀行負責人填寫相關報告進行審查並提交給高級管理層和工銀總行如有必要
- 銀行部門交易檔包括電子檔
- 每天完成後台登記和貿易服務登記檢查分行在核心處理系統中的聲明以確保登記冊資訊正確
- 協助分公司相關產品的開發
- 每日與分行的代理銀行以及每月完成銀行賬戶與客戶的對賬
職位要求
- 商業銀行金融經濟學或相關學科的學士學位
- 至少12年的行政助理經驗優先考慮
- 高效溝通執行力和解決問題能力為最佳
- 溝通和人際交往能力
- 良好的英語和普通話讀寫能力
