What Youll Experience

• Process Improvement & Transformation:Identifying operational bottlenecks re-engineering end-to-end workflows and supporting the digitization of manual processes to enhance overall business health.
• Continuous Improvement:Championing Lean methodologies to eliminate waste improve cycle times and drive a culture of sustainable operational excellence.
• Operational Reporting:Translating complex process improvement data into high-impact dashboards and presentations to provide leadership with actionable insights.
• Change Management & Training:Facilitating the adoption of new processes through the development of training materials job aids and stakeholder workshops designed to institutionalize better ways of working.
• Strategic Coordination:Supporting cross-functional project management and harmonization initiatives acting as a bridge between teams to ensure alignment on standardized operating procedures.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related field from an accredited university or final year students having the ability to join full time.
• Max 2 years of internships trainings or /and work experience.
• Strong interest inprocess improvementtechniques to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
• A functional understanding ofSupply Chain logicand how operational transformation impacts end-to-end project delivery.
• Strongpresentation communication and knowledge sharing Strong ability to simplify complex ideas and support team learning
• Fluency in English
• knowledge in Microsoft Office data visualization tools and project management software.

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience or strong interest inprocess improvementtechniques to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies
• Practical knowledge ofLean methodologies(e.g. Value Stream Mapping PDCA) andQuality Management frameworks.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus; additional languages are considered a benefit).
