- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Must have good communication, and employee coaching skills.
- Must be available after hours to answer technical questions from night crew.
- 10 HR minimum days not including an hour lunch.
- Weekend in person check-in if crew is working.
- Intimate knowledge of projects on the shop floor.
- Computer Skills (Word, Power point, Excel).
- Able to make critical decisions quickly and able to support the why.
- Ability to recognize when an employee is struggling with task and help correct before it becomes issue.
- Responsible for all Work in Progress.
- Must have the ability to hold employees accountable to their functions.
- Must have the ability to praise employees for a job well done.
- Ability to identify nonconformance issues and design a plan to correct the issue.
- Communicate with Sales team on a regular basis.
- Must be proactive and not reactive in nature.
