Operations Executive

• To assist operations manager in daily distributors issues
• To ensure on time reporting
• To ensure orders are property delivered to supply chain
• To ensure forecasting
• To ensure that SAP related managerial reports are available to leadership team
• To ensure that distributors claims are properly evaluated and submitted to finance for clearance
• To ensure distributors get one window solutions for all their queries
• To ensure order forms are up to date with changes
• To ensure monthly targets are communicated to distributors
  

Self-Management:

• Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year
• Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the manager and agreeing on the individual development plan which goes beyond just training and development
• Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth
  

About The Requirements.

• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in FMCG Industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
