Operations Assistant - GMS leadership

• Assisting the Operation department in daytoday activities.
• Appointing inspectors and coordinating vessel inspections as instructed by the Operations department.
• Liaising with various managers and following up on maintenance reports and other vessel reports etc
• Coordinating P and I club inspections following up on reports and closures
• Tracking vessel monthly variance reports from managers and preparing monthly reports.
• Liaising with agents and arranging services as required by Operations department
• Liaising interdepartmental and within various offices for smooth operations of the vessel and interdepartmental process.
• Tracking activities of managers during take overs etc.
• Any other relevant jobs as assigned by the Operations Team

Requirements

• 
  Graduate with Competency in Shipping.
• Computer literate.
• Good Communicator must be fluent in English.
• Experience of at least 5 years in a Shipping Industry and well versed with shipboard operations.
