Operations Accountant

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
• ACA, ACCA, CPA qualification (or equivalent) is a bonus
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working in a high paced environment
• Experience working with high volumes of transactions
• Proficiency in excel is advantageous
• Experience using financial ERP systems such as Sage or Xero
• A thorough understanding of a Finance team’s process flows
• Fluent English
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication, personable, and collaborative skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Identify possible improvements and suggest steps to implement them
• A keen eye for detail
• A fast learner
• Ability to work accurately, in a fast-paced environment
• A can-do and flexible approach and an inquisitive mindset
