Job Summary
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of operations across business divisions.
- Monitor adherence to policies standards and procedures identifying gaps and risks.
- Develop and implement operational excellence frameworks to drive efficiency and quality.
- Provide structured reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Track corrective actions and ensure continuous improvement is embedded across divisions.
- Support management in preparing for external audits and certifications.
- Champion a culture of quality and accountability across the organization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Quality Management or related field. Masters degree would be an added value.
- Minimum 710 years experience in operations audit quality assurance or performance management in multinational environment.
- Experience in TIC or testing segment is a big plus.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards quality frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to audit and evaluate operational processes objectively.
- Excellent analytical reporting and communication skills.
- High integrity and independence with the ability to engage at senior management level.
