POSITION PURPOSE:

The Visual Merchandising Specialist executes visual merchandising concepts across stores and retail events to support brand consistency and commercial performance. This role translates creative briefs and product strategies into clear visual guidelines displays and in store executions. Working closely with retail agencies and store teams the position ensures high quality implementation continuous optimization and measurable impact on client experience and sell through.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

Permanent Merchandising:

Partner with Product Specialists and Global teams (when applicable) to develop merchandising concepts and fixture designs that meet Middle East consumer needs while accommodating various store formats and configurations.

Coordinate with suppliers on fixture design technical drawings production and installation ensuring excellence in execution and cost efficiency.

Develop and maintain planograms that optimize product visibility customer flow franchise share of business and storytelling through category segmentation routines and color coding.

Manage fixture and pricing updates for all seasonal launches and assortment changes ensuring timely implementation across stores.

Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards monitor display effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of permanent fixtures including supplier coordination and grid ordering.

Support store openings renovations relocations and closures through effective management of brand movements and merchandising installations.

Non-permanent Merchandising:

Partner with Product Specialists to forecast grid requirements for new launches campaigns and core assortment needs.

Lead the end-to-end execution of retail activations and temporary merchandising initiatives.

Align with Product Specialists on activation objectives key product messages consumer benefits routines and storytelling.

Develop activation concepts and designs in line with global brand guidelines while adapting to local market insights and consumer preferences.

Brief and manage suppliers to ensure high-quality implementation timely delivery and budget optimization.

Collaborate with Retail teams and in-store experts to gather insights evaluate activation performance and identify best practices for future initiatives.

Prepare and communicate launch updates merchandising guidelines pricing updates and activation toolkits to stores in both English and Arabic.

Reporting and Budget Management:

Prepare bi-annual competitive benchmarking reports covering permanent merchandising and promotional activations.

Maintain and track visual merchandising budgets across permanent fixtures activations and maintenance projects on a monthly basis.

Monitor project spending and identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining execution standards.

Do not hesitate to apply if you have:

Experience: 2-3 years of in-store merchandising experience in the beauty industry within the GCC region.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign (ideal but not essential)

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Experience with planogram development and visual merchandising principles is highly desirable.

Fluent in English and Arabic both written and verbal.

Attention to detail & passionate about excellence in execution.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously & prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Strong sense of design and creativity

Ability to work & communicate effectively in a team environment
